City to City gifting

This  all-Ireland project, reflecting international outreach, cooperation and friendship, involved some of its principal cities, Dublin, Galway, Belfast and Derry gifting the commemorative sculpture to Barcelona, Cape Town,  Boston and Melbourne, respectively.

Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston 

The sculptures are now sited in centres of transplant excellence/education in each city which has added huge potency to the image and message of this global commemorative project.

 Limerick City gifted the candle sculpture to Derry City which is located at St. Columb's Park in the City.
