TV3 Series on Organ Donation - Repeat

The three part TV series which comprehensively looked at Organ Donation in Ireland and which was screened on TV3 earlier this year, was advertised to be repeated on Tuesdays, at 10pm.  Only one of the programmes was actually repeated with no explanation as to why the full series was not broadcast as advertised.

The Gift of Life on TV3 was a very comprehensive series which charted the stories of 14 people from all over Ireland who are (were) awaiting organ transplants. The series also followed the dedicated medical teams in the transplant centres in Beaumont, St Vincent's and the Mater Hospitals. It was an extraordinary behind the scenes look at the people for whom a transplant means a new life.
