Transplant Team Ireland Victorious Again
Congratulations once again to Transplant Team Ireland on their wonderful success at the 8th European Transplant and Dialysis Games, held this year in Poland.
Captained by Harry Ward, a 34 strong Irish team took part in this year's games which were held in Krakow, Poland, and returned home victorious with 18 gold, 18 silver and 31 bronze medals.

Transplant Team Ireland and the 24 inspirational transplant recipients who represented Ireland at the 19th World Games in Durban, returned home victorious to a wonderful welcome. They will also be honoured at Croke Park on Sunday at the Hurling Semi Finals.
