Irish Hotels Federation Donation to Strange Boat

At the recent Irish Hotels Federation Annual Conference Gala Dinner held at Lyrath Estate in Co. Kilenney, €5,700 was raised in support of the work of Strange Boat Donor Foundation.

The  President of the IHF, Joe Dolan, who nominated Strange Boat as this year's chosen charity spoke of the invaluable and vital work being carried out by Strange Boat in promoting the life-giving cause of organ donation. He thanked people on his own behalf and on behalf of his wife, Rosie, for their support of the "vital work done by this charity which is very close to our hearts. Your generous support",  he said, "is greatly appreciated by all those involved in raising awareness of organ donation".

On behalf of Strange Boat Donor Foundation, we would like to thank most sincerely, the Irish Hotels Federation delegates for their very generous support and, particularly, IHF President, Joe Dolan and his wife Rosie.
