Living Donor Programme highlighted
A living kidney donor was featured on the RTE Claire Byrne Live Show on Monday, 13th February, highlighting the very important and effective living kidney donation programme.
Global Organ Donor Commemorative Project
Organ donors and their families were remembered at a a unique global commemorative event held on November 30th. The project was initiated by Strange Boat Donor Foundation, in association with Organ Donation & Transplant Ireland, and helped promote the cause of organ donation globally.

Transplant Medics & Recipients visit Circle of Life Garden
Medics from Spain, France and Italy and their Irish colleagues visited the Circle of Life Garden in Salthill during last year, as did members of the Irish Heart & Lung Transplant Association.
